Who is responsible

Hakan Sezer operates this introductory website from Istanbul, Türkiye, and is the data controller for its business enquiries. VENTO ENGLAND and VENTO GLOBAL HOLDING are brand identities. VENTO GLOBAL LTD is still in formation in England and Wales.

What you choose to share

The form collects your name, email address, enquiry topic, optional telephone number and optional message, with a reference and submission date. Name and email are needed to identify and answer your request. You are not legally required to submit the form; without contact details, we cannot reply.

Please do not send identity documents, financial account details or sensitive personal information through this form. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, guarantee a service or subscribe you to marketing.

Why we use your information

For general enquiries, business correspondence and spam prevention, we rely on legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us, managing those relationships and protecting the service. When you request steps towards a contract with you, we use information necessary for those steps. A legal obligation or a need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may also require certain records.

These grounds apply under UK or EU GDPR where applicable. Under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698, the corresponding grounds include Article 5(2)(c) for contractual steps, (ç) for legal obligations, (e) for legal rights and (f) for legitimate interests, subject to each provision’s conditions. We do not automatically add your details to marketing lists.

Who handles the information

Hakan reviews submissions in a private inbox. Website hosting, database and security providers process information needed to operate the service; this site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Email correspondence uses the published Gmail address. Telephone and WhatsApp providers process communications under their own terms.

The website does not automatically distribute your enquiry to featured companies. An introduction requiring your details to be shared with another business will be explained to you beforehand. We do not sell enquiry details.

Enquiries are accessed from Türkiye. Hosting and communications providers may also process information in other countries; a .uk domain does not mean all data stays in the UK. Contact us for information about the providers, processing locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry, including applicable safeguards.

How long information is kept

We retain enquiry records while the request, requested follow-up or resulting business correspondence remains active. When that purpose ends, we delete them from the active inbox unless a specific legal obligation, unresolved complaint or legal claim requires retention. Retention is determined by whether the matter is active, the information is still necessary and an applicable retention duty exists.

Deleting an inbox record does not itself delete separate emails, WhatsApp conversations or provider backups, which follow their relevant retention processes. Contact us to request deletion across the correspondence we control.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the applicable law and processing basis, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data. You may ask who received your information and, where required, request that corrections or deletion be communicated to them. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Your right to object. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing us and explaining your circumstances. We will assess your request under the applicable law. You can object to direct marketing at any time.

Use the email above for privacy requests. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity, and will explain if a legal exception limits a request. Do not send an identity-document scan unless necessary and a suitable method has been agreed.

You can complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, Türkiye’s KVKK, or your local authority, such as Portugal’s CNPD. Complaint procedures and deadlines depend on the authority.

The website does not use enquiry data for automated decisions about residence eligibility, credit or investment suitability.

Website technology

Visitors do not need an account to contact us. Only the authorised owner can access the enquiry inbox through ChatGPT sign-in. The website has no payment facility, and we have not added advertising trackers, optional analytics or marketing cookies.

The hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Basic spam protection uses short-lived, keyed fingerprints of an email address and, when supplied by the hosting service, a network address. The form does not store the raw network address. Rate-limit records expire after up to two hours and are removed on subsequent submissions.

Companies and relationships

VENTO GLOBAL LTD is being formed in England and Wales. Until incorporation is confirmed, this website introduces Hakan Sezer’s business network and intended holding platform. It does not represent VENTO GLOBAL LTD as an existing registered company. Enquiries are addressed to Hakan; any proposed contract must identify the actual contracting person or existing business.

Vento Fly is a division brand, not a separate incorporated company or airline. ARKS Residency is a Portugal service identity within ARKS HOMES, not an additional company. Featured businesses and collaborators retain their own ownership; inclusion does not represent a completed share transfer into VENTO GLOBAL LTD.

Countries and country telephone numbers shown here indicate markets of focus and contact options. They do not establish local offices, registered addresses or locally incorporated subsidiaries. Company and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Business scope

Vento Fly’s intended scope is civil aircraft purchase, resale, brokerage and non-technical commercial consultancy. Flight operations, aircraft maintenance and regulated financial activities are outside that scope.

ARKS Residency introduces preparation and coordination for Portugal investment-led residency, own-income applications and entrepreneurship. A property purchase does not qualify for a new Portuguese Golden Visa, and company registration alone does not grant residence. Eligibility depends on the route and individual circumstances; decisions rest with the Portuguese authorities.
